Many (and I mean it when I said many) and that not surprising including some classmates from uni ( take note I did medical science as undergraduate and the circle mostly consists academic scholars, some PhD in the making etc...) did not understand plant based, vegetarian, vegan, meat free, pescetarians, or lacto-ovo... And I don't blame them because we are often comfortable in our own zone, and curiosity only reaches as far as where it fulfills our needs .
Nutrition as medicine and cure and prevention has been getting more attention in the recent years and it is important to open our mindsets to first and foremost be willing to accept new data and new research studies. Learning how nutrition work with better health and living is essentially the core to quality lifestyle and that we should all pay some little bit more of attention and thoughts to what we consume, and what's best in a good balance between good healthy and great lifestyle.
This here is a good one by some top names like Arnold Schwarzenegger, James Cameron, and Jackie Chan. Now if these names isn't good enough as a package to watch this thing... I don't know what else is. Money and whatever propaganda aside, how about giving this a watch for some extra knowledge?

Everything in the entire heavens and the earth is exalting Allah with His praise! Every tree, every rock, every cloud, every bird, every cell in our body, every atom, there is not a single thing but that it is glorifying Allah! Because He is the Praiseworthy One, the Most Perfect, the Most Unique and there is none like Him. All things depend on Him for their very existence, for their survival, and for the management of all their affairs. They humble themselves before Him and continue to praise and exalt Him!

🌟SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi is the prayer of everything:
Nuh (as) said to his son, "I will give you some advice. I command you with two things and I forbid you from two things. I command you with, ‘laa ilaaha illAllah' for indeed, if the seven heavens and the seven earths were placed in a pan (of the scale) and laa ilaaha illAllah on (the other) pan, it would surely outweigh them. And if the seven heavens and the seven earths were a closed circle, it would be split by 'laa ilaaha illAllah'. And (I instruct you to say), 'SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi' for it is the prayer of every thing and by it everything is given its provision. And I forbid you from shirk and pride.” [al-Adab al-Mufrad].
Saying ‘SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi’ is a means of acquiring provision!

The Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "There are two statements that are light on the tongue, heavy in the Scales and are beloved to the Most Merciful, 'SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllahil Adheem'." [al-Bukhari].

🌟Trees in Jannah:
The Prophet (saw) said, "Whoever says, 'SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi', a palm-tree will be planted for him in Jannah."
So plant as many trees as the number of times you can say SubhanAllahi wa bihamdihi.

Hey guys, I've been craving for pancakes for a while and I wanted to try this recipe that I found online. So here's my version of a Low Carb Protein Pancake.
Ingredients are the following:
- Protein Powder - 1 serving ( 2/3 Big scoops, depending on your scoop size) i'm using plant protein
- Coconut Powder 2 TBSP
- Oat / Almond / Fresh Milk - 6-7 TBSP
- 2 Large Eggs
- Collagen Powder (optional)
- Butter just to grease the pan.
How to:
1. Mix everything together either with a blender or with your shaker bottle. The blender would make it a lot smoother of course.
2. Heat pan, butter pan and pour a medium-size circle of the pancake mixture. Wait for bout 10seconds or so. When you see it start to bubble all over, flip it. Ta Dah!
3. Repeat until you finish all the mixture. Decorate and add on honey, butter, fruits, peanut butter, chocolate.. up to you :)

I love knitting, but I can't read knitting diagrams and of course, I can't draw them either.

I've been to a simple knitting class, but I usually go with my own flow.
I love handmade crafts, so in the past, I've been involved in Japanese-style dressmaking,
and acquired the qualification of a nationally-skilled craftsman and also have the qualification of a nailist as a hobby.
There seems to be no relation between Japanese-style dressing, nails, and knitting,
But I have gained different insights from those experiences, and I think that it leads to free knitting.
I will continue to enjoy knitting, and I hope for those who are watching would also make something incredible on their own someday.
